Leather Protection Cream X-GUARD PROTECTED is a water-based conditioner and protective cream aimed at maintaining the water-oil balance and a matte feel.
Features
- The polymer coating serves to reduce water, dirt, oil and dye transfer, mechanical friction and UV exposure, and to make subsequent cleaning easier. A leather scent and ANTI-SQUEAK technology are indicated to reduce friction/squeaking.
- Suitable for aniline, semi-aniline, waxy/pull-up, pigmented, bicast, synthetic/eco-leather and two-tone antique-effect leather; not suitable for suede and nubuck.
- Applied from car interiors to leather accessories; it is indicated as being made from non-aggressive European components.
- Test each product on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
- Clean with Ultimate Cleaner and shake the cream. Spread a small amount thinly with a napped cloth or sponge, working seam-to-seam in circular motions; do not build up a thick layer.
- Let the first coat dry for 10–20 minutes and buff lightly; wait 30 minutes for full curing. A second coat is important on aniline and pull-up leather.
- 200 ml is enough for 2–3 full treatments of a car's leather interior. The recommended interval is 3–6 months.
- For care, choose a pH-neutral leather cleaner; household chemicals can damage the leather.
