Leather Ink & Dye Blocker is a barrier coat that limits ink, denim dye, grease, oil, and adhesive stains from bleeding back through a new topcoat.
Features
- Applied to a local area or the entire surface. Fully remove the old coating from the problem area, degrease with Liquid Degreaser or Degreaser, and dry.
- Test every formula on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
- Spread a thin coat with an applicator, brush or spray; a hair dryer/hot air speeds up drying. Apply a second coat with a clean applicator if needed.
- Once fully dry, apply Primer, colorant and topcoat.
- Work with good ventilation or extraction, wearing gloves and a respirator; clean tools with Solvent Cleaner immediately after use.
