Leather Cross Linker AZ is a hardener using VibrantPlus technology; it firms up polyurethane dye and topcoats on upholstery and accessory leather while keeping the material soft.
Features
- Works with water-based coatings and nitro lacquers; compared to X/X Strong it gives a softer but less durable coating and a slower reaction.
- Increases adhesion and resistance to wet/dry rubbing, water, grease and oil; designed to maintain elasticity and reduce cracking.
- Test every formula on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
- Add 1–5% of the mass of the colorant or polyurethane topcoat; mix for at least 2 minutes. Do not exceed the dosage.
- The mixture must be used within 3 hours. It cures at room temperature and can be accelerated with controlled heat.
- The source states toxicity at high concentration: work with gloves and a mask in a well-ventilated area.
