Features

1 red/alkaline: blood, albumin, protein, food, pigment. 2 green/neutral: paint, oil, grease, wax, makeup, ink, glue. 3 blue/acidic: tannin, fruit/juice, wine, coffee, tea, cola, medicine.
4 white/surfactant-free solvent: oil, grease, glue, gum, wax. 5 yellow/acidic: rust, metal, metal-containing ointment, old blood. 6 purple/alkaline: ink, color pigment, and dye bleeding.
For a known stain, apply the matching agent undiluted, heat with steam if needed and work gently with a spatula/brush; rinse with steam/water and dry with compressed air; repeat if necessary. For an unknown stain, follow the 1→2→3 sequence so that protein does not set.
For old rust, apply agent 5 generously and heat with steam, then rinse and clean with air. Test colored and weak wet-fastness fabric in a hidden spot. For pH-related color transfer, use the matching counter-agent, followed by thorough rinsing/drying.
Existing fiber/color damage may only become visible after the stain is removed; explain the risk to the customer. Work with small drops on an absorbent stain-removal table; remove residues of agents 2/4, which have a low flash point, with air before machine processing.
Pre-spotting in wet cleaning, post-spotting in all processes; PRENETT ABC for pre-treatment in dry cleaning. According to the source, this covers 80–90% of stains 1–3.
