The Hobart PWn Base is an electrically heated, high-temperature, front-loading washer for pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. The chamber, with a two-piece front door, accommodates 10 (PW10n-BAS) or 20 (PW20n-BAS) full-size sheet pans, or a 140-quart mixer bowl; on a 2-minute cycle, it runs up to 20 cycles per hour. NSF pot-and-pan cycles of 2, 4, and 6 minutes, a Sense-A-Temp booster, a delime reminder, and a Wi-Fi-enabled touchscreen are standard.
