The Hobart PWn Advansys™ is an electrically heated, high-temperature, ventless, front-loading washer for pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. The chamber accommodates 10, 12, or 20 full-size sheet pans, or a 140-quart mixer bowl; the 2-, 4-, and 6-minute cycles carry an NSF pot-and-pan rating. Ventless energy recovery, a door interlock, factory-installed drain water tempering, and Booster Guard with Complete Delime are standard.
