The Hobart TurboWash II is a powered sink for pots and pans with a high-velocity flow: a 2 HP stainless steel pump and impeller circulate 200 US gallons of water per minute over the wares. Horizontal turbulent flow cleans sheet pans without racks; recirculation nozzles and the heater are mounted alongside the sink, keeping the basin itself clear. A 14-gauge, 300-series stainless steel tank and drainboards, an adjustable timer, and a self-draining pump are included; a version with a scrapper trough is also offered.
