The Hobart CL (Base) is a high-temperature rack conveyor dishwasher for medium- and high-volume kitchens, washing 202–342 racks per hour (NSF), depending on the model. The tank is available in electric, gas, or steam-heated versions; a 19.5" chamber height accommodates sheet pans and mixer bowls. An NSF pot-and-pan mode, hoodless wash arms, a diagnostic touchscreen, and Booster Guard with Complete Delime are standard.
