The Hobart AM16 Base is a high-temperature (hot-water sanitizing), electrically heated door-type dishwasher. It features two-stage filtration, a 5-sided insulated hood, Wi-Fi-enabled touchscreen controls, a delime cycle with notification, and 2-, 4-, and 6-minute NSF pot-and-pan cycles. In its standard (AM16-BAS), tall (AM16T-BAS), and ventless (AM16VL-BAS, AM16VLT-BAS) versions, it washes 40–60 racks per hour.
