The Hobart AM16 ASR is a high-temperature (hot-water sanitizing), electrically heated door-type dishwasher. It features automatic soil removal (ASR), a 5-sided insulated hood, Wi-Fi-enabled touchscreen controls, automatic delime, and 2-, 4-, and 6-minute NSF pot-and-pan cycles; it washes up to 52 racks per hour. It is available in the standard AM16-ASR (17" door opening) and tall AM16T-ASR (27" opening) versions.
