The Hobart FT2000 Base is an industrial flight-type dishwasher; depending on the model, it washes 10,611–14,316 dishes per hour and uses 55 US gallons of final rinse water per hour. Booster Guard with Complete Delime, hoodless wash arms, easy-open load/unload platforms, and a diagnostic touchscreen are standard. It features a 30" wide conveyor belt; electric and steam-heated FT2000-BAS models, a shorter FT2000S-BAS, and blower-dry versions are also available.
