The Hobart FT2000 Advansys™ is an industrial flight-type dishwasher; depending on the model, it washes 10,611–14,316 dishes per hour while using a total of 55 US gallons of final rinse water per hour. The Advansys version includes automatic soil removal (ASR), drain water energy recovery (DWER), factory-installed drain water tempering, and Booster Guard with Complete Delime as standard. A 30" wide conveyor belt and 22" × 29-3/4" opening accommodate 18" × 26" sheet pans; electric and steam-heated FT2000 models, as well as a shorter FT2000S, are available.
