The Hobart FT1000i is a fully automatic, conveyorized (tunnel-type) industrial washing machine for washing crates, trays, and specialty material-handling containers. It consists of loading, recirculating pre-wash, power wash, extra power rinse, dual rinse (fresh-water final rinse), high-pressure blow-off, and drying sections; conveyor speed adjusts from 4.0 to 8.5 ft/min. A low-temperature, chemical-rinse FT1000iLT/FT1000SiLT version is also available.

- Digital panel displays 150°F wash, 160°F power rinse, 160°F dual rinse, and 180°F final rinse temperatures (for HACCP)
- Modular design: control panel pre-mounted on the dual/final rinse section, single exhaust outlet
- Energy recovery system uses exhaust air heat to preheat cold water to 120°F before the booster
- Stainless steel pumps and impellers; TEFC motors
- Removable stainless steel scrap baskets and strainers
- Optional extras: electric or steam tank heat, booster, power rinse chamber, high-pressure blower, 6" high chamber, custom lengths
