The Hobart FreshServe™ (FS series) is a self-service scale that combines a scale, printer, and touchscreen: it weighs the product, calculates the price from the stored PLU, and prints a label or displays a barcode/QR code on screen. Three sizes are available: the FS-100 (tall, 53.73"), FS-200 (ADA height, 41.73"), and FS-300 (countertop, 29.73"); a barcode scanner, image-recognition camera, and ValueMax™ level compensation are optional.
