Hobart food cutters chop and mince products such as salads, ground meat, bread crumbs, and other meats: a rotating stainless steel bowl and two stainless steel knives spinning at 1725 RPM. The 84145 model has a 14" bowl and a 1/2 HP motor (5 lb capacity), while the 84186 has an 18" bowl and a 1 HP motor (15 lb capacity). A one-piece polished aluminum body, lid interlock, and removable bowl, knife, and lid are standard.
