The Hobart HCM450 vertical cutter-mixer cuts, mixes, and kneads product in seconds: a 45-quart stainless steel bowl, a single-speed 5 HP motor (1140 RPM), and a 5-minute timer with run/jog/timed modes. Cutting/mixing and kneading/mixing shafts, as well as a strainer basket, are included; the clear Lexan® lid allows liquid to be added while the lid remains closed. The bowl tilts up to 90° for unloading.
