The Hobart CL Advansys™ is a high-temperature rack conveyor dishwasher for medium- and high-volume kitchens, washing 202–342 racks per hour (NSF), depending on the model. The Advansys version includes automatic soil removal (ASR), drain water energy recovery (DWER), factory-installed drain water tempering, and Booster Guard with Complete Delime as standard. A 19.5" chamber height accommodates sheet pans and mixer bowls, and the touchscreen controls connect via Wi-Fi to the SmartConnect app.
