Hobart commercial meat grinders process fresh and tempered meat for both made-to-order and bulk grinding: four models ranging from the 1/2 HP 4812 to the 5 HP 4146. All feature direct-gear drive, a hot-tinned cylinder with a worm adjusting ring, a re-sharpenable Stay-Sharp knife, and a 1/8" plate; first-grind throughput with the 1/8" plate ranges from 8 to 65 lb per minute depending on the model.
