The Centerline™ by Hobart undercounter dishwasher washes 24 racks per hour on a 2-minute cycle and uses 0.84 US gallons of rinse water per rack. In the high-temperature CUH version, the Sense-a-Temp booster delivers a 180°F final rinse, while the CUL is the chemical-sanitizing version. The top-mounted control panel selects the normal cycle with one press and the extended cycle with two; a delime reminder and non-clogging nozzles are included.
