Hobart bowl-style food processors (FP41, HCM61, HCM62) are compact countertop machines for chopping, mincing, emulsifying, and puréeing. The FP41 features a 4-quart bowl and Stay Sharp blades (3/4 HP), while the HCM61/HCM62 feature a 6-quart bowl, a patented scraper that also wipes the underside of the lid, and the COOLCUTTER™ system with two toothed cutting blades and two directional blades. A clear Xylex lid, triple interlock (bowl, lid, locking arm), and pulse mode are standard on all models.
