The Hobart AM16 Advansys™ is a high-temperature (hot-water sanitizing), electrically heated, ventless door-type dishwasher. It features drain water energy recovery (DWER), automatic soil removal (ASR), ventless energy recovery, a door interlock, Wi-Fi-enabled touchscreen controls, and 2-, 4-, and 6-minute NSF pot-and-pan cycles. It is available in the standard AM16VL-ADV (17" door opening, 40 racks/hour) and tall AM16VLT-ADV (27" opening, 36 racks/hour) versions.
