The hpl AP-V semi-automatic impulse bar sealers are designed for sealing thermoplastic polymer and aluminum laminate films, ORGANIXprotect, as well as medical packaging according to ISO 11607-1 (EN 868-4/5/9/10). The process can be validated according to EN ISO 11607-2 and ISO/TS 16775; the devices are built for high volumes across multiple shifts. The stainless-steel housing is suitable for cleanroom environments (special models available on request); a two-way RS 232 interface is included as standard.
