The hpl 450/630/1000 AS semi-automatic impulse bar sealers weld any type of thermoplastic film, aluminum laminate film, and compostable/biodegradable materials such as ORGANIXprotect. Sealing and cooling time are set separately, and the built-in cutter on AS models adjusts the film length to the product; operation is via foot pedal. The devices are offered in widths of 450, 630, and 1,000 mm (18, 25, and 40 inch).
Features
- Standard 3 mm (0.12 inch) seal; optionally 6 mm (0.24 inch) seal or a separating seal
- Constant clamping force via a built-in magnetic lock, with even temperature on both bars
- Impulse process: energy is consumed only during use (GreenTek)
- Option: roll dispenser; tilted or vertical mounting with a pouch support
