Magnetic-latch impulse sealer

The hpl 300/500 BMS magnetic-latch impulse sealers weld any type of thermoplastic film, aluminum laminate film, and compostable/biodegradable materials such as ORGANIXprotect. Sealing and cooling time are set separately, and a built-in cutter adjusts the film length to the product. Bar widths are 30 and 50 cm (12 and 20 inch).

- The bar is closed by hand, held magnetically during sealing, and opens automatically when the process ends
- Even temperature distribution along the lower sealing bar
- Impulse process: energy is consumed only during use (GreenTek)
- Option: roll dispenser for various film widths
