The hm 880 DC-V and hm 890 DC-V are stainless-steel, validatable rotary sealing machines that automatically seal pouches and reels for hospital sterilization departments (CSSD) and the medical industry. Sealing temperature, clamping force, and sealing speed are automatically monitored; in the event of a deviation, the device gives an audible warning and stops the process. The process can be validated according to ISO 11607-2; the hm 890 DC-V additionally records all process data to a USB drive via DataMatic.
