Pipette-based seal ink test

hawo InkTest is a pipette-based dye-penetration test according to Method C (EN ISO 11607-1 / ASTM F1929-23) for daily inspection of seal seams. The special test liquid is added to the pouch or film tube with a pipette; channel-type defects become immediately visible, and the seam can be inspected from both sides. Supplied in a 75 ml bottle together with pipettes and a drip tray.

- InkTest EU (blue): for EN ISO 11607-1/EN 868-5 pouches and reels made of EN 868-3 paper and film
- InkTest PLUS 2.0 (red): for EN 868-9 uncoated polyolefin materials (e.g. Tyvek)
- InkTest (midnight blue): for non-porous packaging to ASTM F3039-23
- A reference card is available for evaluating results
