The G.50 is designed for continuous high productivity while still delivering the high ironing quality typical of GMP drying ironers. Robustly built with advanced systems such as SKS and FSS, the G.50 is the ideal choice for 4-5 star hotels and small industrial laundries.
Features
- SKS system (special steam extraction hood): thanks to its large extraction surface, water evaporates quickly from the laundry and belts, making it possible to run at higher speed and shorten drying time.
- The SKS hood extracts only moisture (steam) without affecting the cylinder temperature — there is no heat loss and energy is saved; it is very quiet and the pressure roller belts are easy to replace.
- FSS (floating cylinder support system): allows the cylinder support wheels to be replaced quickly and easily, and improves reliability through even weight distribution.
- 8 cylinder support wheels instead of the standard 4 reduce wear on individual components and extend service life.
- Option — hard chrome-plated steel cylinder: protects laundry that will come into contact with food or skin from oxidation products forming on the polished cylinder surface; because chrome plating prevents corrosion, there is no need to use wax.
- Cylinder reverse-rotation function: a separate button beside the control panel reverses the cylinder's rotation direction if the laundry is fed incorrectly; especially useful when two operators feed large sheets.
- High-speed version: for increasing productivity during seasonal peaks; when laundry is pre-dried in a tumble dryer to 15–20% residual moisture, it is possible to run at a higher speed. Available to order or as a retrofit kit.
- Manufacturer-recommended settings: hotels with up to 150 rooms, restaurants, catering establishments, sports clubs, community facilities, schools, nursing and care homes, ship laundries, oil platforms, small industrial laundries, dry-cleaning outlets.
