The GMP 140.30 combines the compactness and reliability of the smaller GMP.25 ironers with the productivity of the larger models. Compared to the GMP1400ES, a wider contact surface, larger roller diameter, 32% more heating power, and 22% higher ironing pressure deliver faster throughput. It gives excellent results on a variety of laundry up to 2.8 m wide, especially natural fibers like cotton and linen, making it particularly recommended for catering and the HORECA sector.

- Two ironing speeds allow adaptation to different fabrics and moisture levels, while freely adjustable electronic temperature control meets the needs of different laundry operations.
- Electromechanical control is suited to extreme conditions (tropical or very cold regions) where room temperature or humidity reaches critical levels.
- Thanks to its simple construction, maintenance can in most cases be carried out with common or locally sourced spare parts — well suited to remote locations such as oil platforms and ship laundries.
- Option — TENAX roller cover: a stainless steel cover replacing the standard steel wool cover; developed by GMP for its own calenders, it lasts the entire service life of the calender and, unlike steel wool, requires no maintenance.
- Manufacturer-recommended settings: hotels, restaurants, community facilities, nursing and care homes, oil platforms, camps, armed forces, prisons, ship laundries, small industrial laundries and dry-cleaning outlets.
