These systems degrease pipes, hollow bars, coils, metal profiles and large parts. Firbimatic developed them together with manufacturers of pipes, coils and profiles. The system is built to order in a modular design and can be connected to an existing production line. It runs up to 3 cycles per hour and is designed for 3 shifts and more than 320 working days a year.

- Cleans stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, brass and titanium parts
- Works with modified alcohol, aliphatic hydrocarbon, perchlorethylene, water and detergent
- Washing and drying take place in a sealed chamber, with no emissions to the outside
- Continuous distillation recovers the solvent inside the machine
- Heat recovery in distillation provides up to 50% energy savings
- Remote monitoring is possible with a Siemens PLC
