The SFK – EK series is for washing large parts and large numbers of precision parts. Washing, drying and distillation take place at every stage in a sealed system under high vacuum. The machines run on class AIII hydrocarbon solvents (flash point >56°C) and modified alcohols (glycol ethers). Throughput reaches 4–5 cycles per hour.
Features
- Washing, drying and distillation take place entirely under vacuum, in a hermetically sealed process
- Drying finishes at a vacuum close to 1 mBar, so parts come out solvent-free
- Cleans complex surfaces, cavities and blind holes
- Two-stage distillation reduces residual solvent in the sludge to under 1%
- Loading/unloading, sludge discharge and filter cleaning are automatic
- The operator never comes into contact with the solvent
