Carousel-type automatic parts washing system

The carousel system consists of a step-by-step rotating platform. The duration of each step is adjustable. Washing combines high-pressure spraying with rotation of the parts. This is followed by rinsing, vapour extraction and drying by circulation of hot air. The part is placed at the loading/unloading station manually or by a robot.
