FIRBIMATIC EcoGreen
EcoGreen dry-cleaning system
Brand: FIRBIMATIC
The FIRBIMATIC EcoGreen (ADVANCE) is a dry-cleaning machine running on alternative solvents, with a vacuum distillation unit. It is equipped with the Vortex drying system, 3 self-cleaning base tanks, the Smart Touch microprocessor, Jet Spray and steam heating of the solvent. The series covers S and L models with capacities from 18 kg (40 lb) to 40 kg (95 lb).

Features
- Vortex drying
- Vacuum distillation
- Smart Touch control
- Inverter-driven motor
- Jet Spray and LED lighting
- Detergent pump
- 3 self-cleaning base tanks, an Eco Spin with Deco filter and a standard large cartridge.
- Steam condensate traps, steam heating of the solvent and a vacuum distillation unit.
- The brochure's technical specifications apply to machines with a nitrogen system; EU (50 Hz / 400 V) and USA (60 Hz / 220 V) model names are given separately.
- The EcoGreen ADVANCE brochure presents the rigid-mount family as 40 lb (18 kg)–95 lb (40 kg) and states compatibility with Class III A/B hydrocarbon solvents. Adaptation of the SMART programs is envisaged when the solvent is changed.
- In Vortex steam-induction drying, the high-volume fan, dedicated drying chamber, and the placement of the condenser and heat-pump coils increase the flow of air and solvent vapor into the recovery chamber. Automatic washing of the air circuit, service access to the cooling/heating units and quick couplings on the gas lines are described in the brochure's other language columns.
- Solvent Chill-Line/Hydro-Chill uses a digital thermostat to raise or lower the solvent temperature during cleaning. Together with the microprocessor, Secure-Lock prevents the cycle from starting unless the doors are closed and locked.
- Hydro-Vac performs two-stage fractional distillation under vacuum. The first condensate collects in the main water separator; the Hydro-Free sensors automatically drain the free water that forms. The partially water-bearing solvent is used in the pre-wash of the next cycle to remove water-soluble stains; the second stage returns clean solvent to the clean tank.
- Tri-Flow filtration consists of a rotating disc filter, a carbon filter and a large cartridge filter; SMART selects which filter the solvent passes through and at which stage of the cycle.
- With I-Connect, the SMART D601 can be accessed over the internet, and programs can be monitored, created, modified and deleted in the FMB Control app. A log file containing the past year's alerts can be downloaded.
- Jet Spray selects a high spray pressure for heavily soiled garments and a lower one for lighter treatment; it can be switched off for delicate items. This selection changes the level of mechanical action in the drum.
- SMART automatically controls washing, drying and distillation, and alerts the operator when the lint filter, button trap and rotating filter need cleaning. COMBI stores the drying and solvent temperature, time and drum speed for each cycle and recalls them when the program is changed.
- Memory cards are used for software and language updates, for saving programs/parameters, transferring them between machines and uploading them to a computer. Heating of the hydrocarbon solvent is described as an option for removing oil- and water-based stains.
- The WRAP option applies the customer's colors, images and design to the visible machine panels. This customization does not change the working mechanism.
