The Evolution is Firbimatic's top model for precision washing of machined parts. Washing, drying and distillation are carried out under high vacuum, in compliance with EN 16232 requirements. The machine runs on class AIII hydrocarbons or modified alcohols. Throughput is 8–10 cycles per hour.
Features
- Drying finishes under a vacuum below 1-2 mBar, so parts come out odorless and solvent-free
- Removes up to 100 liters of oil from parts per day
- The basket can rotate, oscillate or remain stationary in the chamber
- A double fine filter for grinding removes chips without stopping the cycle
- The CADS option collects up to 20 kg of chips
- Connects to an automatic basket loading system
