The Phoenix is the most complete of the compact ironers: a single machine dries linen in one or two lanes, irons, folds it lengthwise and crosswise, and stacks it in a side stacker. One person operates the entire process. Compact ironers are designed for laundries with limited space but a high volume of flatwork: it needs no more than 27 square metres to run at full capacity, since all operations can be carried out from the front of the machine. With the optional automatic clip feeder, the machine runs with a single operator. For small items, a napkin folder is attached at the rear.
