EvoClean E124 is a water-driven professional laundry dispenser made by Hydro Systems (USA), for 4 chemical products (e.g. detergent, bleach, softener). The chemical is not drawn by a pump but by the vacuum created by water passing through an eductor, and is delivered to the washer via an integrated manifold. Supplied with Total Eclipse controllers and a machine interface (TEM models) or without them; there are two chemical flow-rate options — low (550 ml/min) and high (1500 ml/min). Suitable for small and medium commercial laundries.
Features
- Venturi (eductor) principle: no pump, electric motor or squeeze tube — the chemical is drawn in by the vacuum created by flowing water. Unlike peristaltic pump systems, no tube replacement is required.
- An integrated flush manifold and compact housing reduce installation time, spare parts and service labor.
- Since there is no squeeze tube wear, dosing performance does not decline over time; the unit is calibrated only once.
- According to the manufacturer, it is 50% lighter than conventional peristaltic pumps and takes up less space in the room.
- The eductor limits water flow to 0.5 or 1.0 GPM (depending on the model) and runs no electric motor — saving water and energy.
- Total Eclipse controller: 20-formula memory, Automatic Formula Selection, a large LCD screen with formula names and fault diagnostics, low-voltage "plug-and-play" connection; password-protected programming; product consumption, cost per formula and an activity log are exported to USB as an HTML report (opens in Excel).
- Can be added to existing Total Eclipse controllers by loading new firmware.
- Check valves: gray (EPDM) is used only for alkaline products, blue (Viton) for other chemicals.
- For commercial laundry use only; not suitable for domestic use.
