DOMUS CM-2032, CM-2632 and CM-3332 ECO-ENERGY M are wall-mounted calenders with a Ø325 mm roller, offering a larger working width (2,000–3,300 mm) and higher output. The M electronic microprocessor controls speed, temperature and automatic stop; the roller is inverter-driven, and the belts are Nomex. Offered with electric or radiant-gas heating; the manufacturer states the radiant gas burner increases output by 33%.
Features
- The M electronic control regulates speed, temperature, and automatic shutoff; the shutoff temperature at the end of cooling is 80 °C and is adjustable. There is an inverter-driven polished steel roller, Nomex feed/ironing belts, wound felt, and skinplate/stainless steel panels.
- Textiles are dried and ironed in a single operation after a high-extraction washer. Front input and front output, a loading height of 990 mm (per the technical sheet), a built-in cooling system; service access from both sides, and a unified electrical and flue exhaust connection. CE certification is stated.
- Automatic speed control based on residual moisture and a corrosion-resistant nickel-coated cylinder are optional. On electric models, 440 V III 60 Hz without neutral, as well as a 230 V III 50/60 Hz variant, are available.
- Electric and radiant gas heating variants are available; the manufacturer states that the radiant gas burner increases productivity by up to 33%.
