DOMUS CM-1432 M, CM-1632 M and CM-2032 M are wall-mounted calenders with a Ø325 mm polished-steel roller that dry and iron textiles in one operation; working width is 1,400–2,000 mm. The M electronic microprocessor controls speed, temperature and automatic stop; the roller is frequency-inverter driven, and the belts are Nomex. Offered with electric or atmospheric gas heating; EFFICIENT IRON and a nickel-plated cylinder are optional.
Features
- The M electronic control regulates speed, temperature, and automatic shutoff; the shutoff temperature at the end of cooling is 80 °C and is adjustable. There is an inverter-driven polished steel roller, Nomex feed/ironing belts, wound felt, and skinplate/stainless steel panels.
- Textiles are dried and ironed in a single operation after a high-extraction washer. Front input and front output, a loading height of 990 mm (per the technical sheet), a built-in cooling system; service access from both sides, and a unified electrical and flue exhaust connection. CE certification is stated.
- Automatic speed control based on residual moisture and a corrosion-resistant nickel-coated cylinder are optional. On electric models, 440 V III 60 Hz without neutral, as well as a 230 V III 50/60 Hz variant, are available.
- Electric and atmospheric gas heating variants; packaging for sea transport is optional.
