Compact ironing and folding system

DOMUS SP are compact calenders with a built-in lengthwise folder; one or two lengthwise folds are made in two independent lanes using a photocell and compressed air. Roller width is 2,600 and 3,300 mm, diameter Ø600, 800 and 1,000 mm; output is up to 290 kg/hour. It has touch-screen control, a frequency inverter, Nomex belts and automatic stop at 80 °C; offered with electric, gas or steam heating.

- Variants with 2,600/3,300 mm width and Ø600/800/1,000 mm rollers; painted steel housing, processing bedding in a single lane or flatwork/small items in two lanes. There is a frequency inverter, Nomex feed and ironing belts, wound felt, and skinplate/stainless steel panels.
- Throughput for textiles coming from a high-extraction machine, depending on residual moisture, is up to 290 kg/h. Electric, gas, and steam heating; a radiant gas burner is standard on the Ø1,000 and optional on the Ø800, with the manufacturer stating up to a 25% increase. A steam exhaust system is available.
- One or two lengthwise folds on each of the two independent lanes; folding via photocell and compressed air. Options: a single-lane automatic clamp feeder; a two- or four-lane small-item collector at the rear; a vacuum table; a rejection system; dual air pressure on the lengthwise fold for thick textiles; a rear output with bypass; a 850 mm motorized rear output; a PL-Cross cross folder and stacker; packaging for sea transport.
