Compact ironing and folding system

DOMUS SPE is a compact ironing-and-folding line that combines feeding, drying, ironing, folding and stacking in one operation; it runs at full capacity in a space of up to 27 m². Roller width is 2,600 and 3,300 mm, diameter Ø600, 800 and 1,000 mm; output is up to 290 kg/hour depending on residual moisture. Folding of up to 1–2 lengthwise and 3 crosswise folds is done using a photocell and compressed air; electric, gas or steam heating is available.

Variants with 2,600/3,300 mm width and Ø600/800/1,000 mm rollers; painted steel housing, processing bedding in a single lane or flatwork/small items in two lanes. There is a frequency inverter, Nomex feed and ironing belts, wound felt, and skinplate/stainless steel panels.
Throughput for textiles coming from a high-extraction machine, depending on residual moisture, is up to 290 kg/h. Electric, gas, and steam heating; a radiant gas burner is standard on the Ø1,000 and optional on the Ø800, with the manufacturer stating up to a 25% increase. A steam exhaust system is available.
It combines feeding, drying, ironing, folding, and stacking; it is stated to fit in a 27 m² area. One or two lengthwise folds and up to three cross folds are made using photocells and compressed air. The stack count is programmable on both stacker types, and the stacker can be positioned on either side.
Options: a single-lane automatic clamp feeder; a rear output with a table and no bypass; a two- or four-lane rear collector for small items; a vacuum table; partial bypass for different programs on two lanes; rejection; dual air pressure for thick textiles; a one- or two-lane stacker; a compact roll-off stacker on the single-lane model only.
