DOMUS DHS-11, 14, 18 and 22 TOUCH II are suspended-drum, high-spin-speed industrial washer-extractors; capacity is 10–22 kg (1:10), G-factor is 500 (450 on the DHS-22). They feature a 7-inch TOUCH II display, 8 dosing signals, standard DOMUSCONNECT, LOADING AID and frequency-controlled imbalance monitoring. Offered with electric, hot-water or steam heating; runs in OPL and self-service modes.

- Suspended drum, electronic imbalance control, and frequency control; LOADING AID manages the water and drum movement during loading. There is a four-compartment detergent drawer, an AISI 304 drum and tub, and a grey skinplate housing.
- Add-ons: an external 3-inch dual drain recommended for the DHS-11; a drain pump for the DHS-11/14; dual drain and a normally-closed valve; Water RE-CYCLE recirculating the bath water; leveling feet and a silicone gasket.
- Auto Weight foot sensors are supplied with six additional dosing signals. A leveling plinth for the top level, a plinth raising the door bottom to 850 mm, and a stainless steel/skinplate sliding base for a mop can be selected.
- Fully programmable 7-inch TOUCH II; USB connectivity, a free programming/telemetry/analysis platform, on-screen video, and 37 languages.
- Eight standard dosing signals are provided.
- DOMUSCONNECT is standard: remote technical service and laundry monitoring, remote payment via the DOMUS LAUNDRY app and KIOSK.
- Optimal Loading allows manual entry of the load weight, while smart consumption management enables operation matched to the load.
