A set for cleaning and applying a protective coating to new, semi-matte, surface-coated smooth leather aged 0–3 years.
Features
- For cars, leather furniture including Long Life and other leather upholstery; for maintaining feel/appearance and reducing dirt, moisture and color transfer. On smooth leather, a water drop does not soak in immediately.
- New leather is often sufficiently conditioned at the factory; for the first three years, protection with Leather Shield is recommended instead of additional oiling.
- Contents: 100 ml Leather Shield; 250 ml Leather Cleaner mild; 2 Viscose Cloths; 1 Foamer Bottle; 3 Cleaning & Application Sponges small; instructions.
- Test all products first on a small, inconspicuous area.
- Pour all of the Leather Cleaner mild into the empty Foamer Bottle. Apply the foam to the sponge, not directly onto the leather. Clean seam to seam, remove dirt/cleaner residue with a slightly damp cloth from the set and dry completely; repeat if necessary.
- On clean, dry, residue-free leather, spread a few drops of Leather Shield on a soft cloth and apply a thin coat seam to seam. Dry without polishing. Usually one coat; repeat only on very sensitive and highly absorbent leather.
- Care every 3 months under heavy load such as sun, heaters and frequent use, or every 6–12 months under normal use.
