A treatment for recoloring and renewing scratches, rub marks, and slight fading on small areas of smooth leather, imitation leather, and plastic; available in 100 ml and 1 l sizes.
Features
- Can also be applied to synthetic leather and plastic. Intended only for small-area color renewal.
- For a car color, get the exact color name — not just the code — from the dealer using the VIN; the model/year alone is not enough. The furniture color may be on the purchase invoice; if not, it is recommended to send a sample to the manufacturer.
- Test all products first on a small, inconspicuous area.
- First clean the intact colored area with Leather Cleaner; use a soft brush and sponge on the texture, and a slightly damp cloth for residue. Use Degreaser to remove oil and old care product residue, especially on areas in contact with the skin.
- The source gives adhesive tape being difficult to peel off as a check for proper degreasing. Smooth rough areas with the Sanding Pad without pressure, and remove the dust with a cloth dampened with Degreaser.
- The surface must be dry, clean, and free of grease. Shake Fresh well; do not apply it directly, but with a sponge using circular/dabbing motions, working larger areas seam-to-seam.
- Apply several coats for strong coverage, drying each one with a hairdryer that is not too hot. Correct unevenness with the Sanding Pad and re-dye. Once dry, Fresh does not transfer color onto clothing.
- It is recommended to protect contrast-colored stitching with Stitch Covering Gel. Wait 1 day after dyeing before applying care products; Fresh must be fully dry before contact with any liquid.
- Leather Care provides softness through conditioning, UV-filter protection against fading, and antioxidant protection against deterioration. A few days later, Leather Shield can be applied to seat/load areas to reduce abrasion and color transfer as well as the effect of hand/skin oils and sweat; it is also aimed at preventing color transfer from dark materials onto light leather.
- Spread a small amount of the care product onto a cloth and apply seam-to-seam with soft, circular motions; do not rub hard. Remove excess with a slightly damp cloth; regular, sparing care is recommended.
- 46 standard, manufacturer, and custom color options; for color renewal of semi-matte smooth leather. Nubuck Fresh is used for suede and buffalo leather. The suitable application tool is the Medium Sponge set.
- Color selection consists of the categories: standard color, the car/furniture manufacturer's color, and a custom mix matched to a submitted sample. A leather sample is not required when a standard or manufacturer color is chosen.
- RAL colors can also be selected; sending a sample is not required for a RAL selection. The search can be done by color name, code, or car/furniture manufacturer name.
- The manufacturer's 46-color standard color card can be ordered free of charge. The exact furniture color name can be found on the purchase invoice, and the car color can be obtained from the dealer using the VIN. If the color cannot be found, a custom sample can be sent in.
- Sample options: a leather piece at least 1 × 1 cm, a headrest, an upholstery panel, a cushion/cushion cover, a handbag, a bellows, or another sample.
