The Multiplex Tunnel is a floor-mounted dosing system for continuous batch tunnel washers (CBW). The base unit consists of 4 channels, and each additional block adds 2 channels for extra injection points. The system is individually configured to match each tunnel's wash process and is controlled via a 10-inch touchscreen.

- The Tunnel/CBW is a floor-mounted modular dosing system for continuous batch washers. A local 10-inch touchscreen, local web server, and web portal provide configuration, real-time process/formula/phase, reporting, and password management. Channels can be expanded separately, and in-channel flushing is included.
- One pneumatic double-diaphragm pump per channel: PVDF body, PTFE diaphragm, and PVDF/FFKM non-return valves. Product/water valves are 24VDC, with a PP body, PTFE piston, and FFKM seals. The paddlewheel/Hall sensor is 24VDC PNP, with a PP body, PVDF paddlewheel, and FKM seals; an Oval Gear sensor is separately recommended for products ≥180cP. Calibration is carried out via the internal distributor, and a measuring vessel is included.
