The Multiplex 2 Pro is a modular dosing system serving up to 12 washing machines, for large industrial laundries. Fitted with a 7-inch touchscreen and flow-meter monitoring, it is expandable with additional channels and an external distributor with electric or pneumatic valves. It supports processing up to 4,000 kg of textiles per day; offered with a 1.5 l/min electric or 5 l/min pneumatic pump.

Local storage synchronises with the cloud; load/cycle output, chemical consumption and cost, OEE, and alarms are tracked. An internet router is not included with the unit.
- Product valves are 24VDC, with a PP body, PTFE sealing piston, and FFKM seals. The pump body is PVDF, diaphragms are PTFE, and non-return valves are PVDF/FFKM. Braided PVC 10×16 pipe is recommended for installation; calibration is carried out via the distributor. A measuring vessel and booster tank are separately recommended options.
- A centralised system with electric and pneumatic actuation for up to 12 washing machines; the local display is 7 inches. Expansion channels and distributors are configured separately. The number of product channels depends on the model code, and up to 10 products are shown in the recommended configuration.
- The flow sensor is paddlewheel/Hall-effect, 24VDC PNP, with a PP body, PVDF paddlewheel, and FKM seals; an Oval Gear sensor is selected separately for chemicals ≥180cP. The external distributor outlet is 10mm PVDF, straight/angled fittings for 10/12 pipe are PP, and internal tubing is PTFE 10×12mm.
