The Multiplex 1 Pro is a modular, expandable dosing system for medium-sized industrial laundries. Combined with an external distribution manifold and expansion channels, it supports processing up to 1,800 kg of textiles per day. Offered with a choice of 1.5 l/min electric or 2.5 l/min pneumatic pump.
Features
- Connects with an external distributor manifold and expansion channels.
- Compressed-air-operated distributor valves are offered as an accessory.
- A measuring vessel for calibration and an additional tank supporting the water supply are available.
- Multiplex units support a local web server/web portal, password management, configuration, real-time monitoring, and reporting. Local storage synchronises with the cloud; load/cycle output, chemical consumption and cost, OEE, and alarms are tracked. An internet router is not included with the unit.
- Product valves are 24VDC, with a PP body, PTFE sealing piston, and FFKM seals. The pump body is PVDF, diaphragms are PTFE, and non-return valves are PVDF/FFKM. Braided PVC 10×16 pipe is recommended for installation; calibration is carried out via the distributor. A measuring vessel and booster tank are separately recommended options.
- Electric and pneumatic configurations are available. The paddlewheel/Hall-effect flow sensor is supplied as 24VDC PNP, with a PP body, PVDF paddlewheel, and FFKM seals; for chemicals with a viscosity of 180cP and above, a separate Oval Gear sensor is recommended. A three-way valve or measuring vessel is purchased separately for calibration.
